*Florida Law requires an audible alarm to be installed on doors and windows that open to a pool area. The purpose of these alarms is to alert an adult if a child walks out to a pool area unattended. These alarms typically have a bypass button that allows the door to be opened for 7 seconds before the alarm goes off. These alarms must not be removed or tampered with in any way. Any evidence of tampering or damage to pool alarms will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.*

*Dogs 25lbs or less are welcome, A $ 250+ tax pet fee is required per pet, This is a separate fee paid directly to Salty Mermaid Real Estate after booking. Pets that are not disclosed to our office will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.

*Check-in time is 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out time is 10 am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*White Duvet covers and inserts, white bed linens, multi color beach towels, white bath towels, white wash clothes, white bathroom floor towels, black makeup towels, kitchen towels, premium pillows, vacuum sealed throw blankets*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Reservations that are 30 nights or longer will require a mid-stay clean, one of our rental agents will provide more information at the time of booking*

*No parking in the street or grass, please be careful of the neighbors’ properties*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and can reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*

We had an awesome stay at the Salty Mermaid. Loved the location- easy access to the beach, pier, and shops. First trip to AMI was a great success and would stay here again.

2nd year in a row and was not disappointed. House is pristine, roomy for our family of 6 soon to be 7 and perfect balance of privacy and local restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Beautiful home was tastefully landscaped and appointed. Heated pool got lots of use. 3 blocks left is a beach. 3 blocks right is another beach. Don't miss the attraction at the end of the pier: fishing, snacks and Mote Aquarium. Great vacation.

This house was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect. The pool was clean. They provided pool floats, beach chairs, and a cooler. I would highly recommend this house and would take the risk of recommending any of their Salty Mermaid properties without even seeing them.

We had 8 adults (19 to 80) who traveled to Anna Maria for a week's stay. We had ample space. The wagon, chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great. There are several walkable options for restaurants, but the kitchen also provided enough equipment to eat in. The outdoor space by the pool was beautiful. We would definitely go back.

We absolutely loved our stay! The listing should be updated to include that there are towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc provided. It was very clean and close to shops, restaurants, and beach access. We rented and golf cart and it was perfect for this area. Would definitely recommned!

Such a beautiful stay over MDW!! House was pristine inside and out. Layout of the rooms was perfect with privacy for all. Furnishings were clean and gave off a coastal vibe! Backyard was gorgeous and pool was sparking! Walk to beach and restaurants! Perfect stay and we will be back!

Great place to stay. Three bedroom, two bath with a separate small apartment space: bedroom with king, kitchen, and single bath. Great place for family group. Walk to beach and local restaurants. Would recommend renting a golf cart to tool around the area.

Great property and great location. There is plenty of room and everything is provided for a short stay. The second living area was a nice bonus for late nights without disturbing anyone that was sleeping in the bedrooms.
