Enjoy *single-story beach house living* in the Main House and first floor of the Villa, with *seamless flow* between the house, private pool/spa and canal front.

• *Charming saltwater pool with fountain feature* (Please note pool cage has been removed so the pool/patio area is open-air without any screens)

• The Main House has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms:
2 bedrooms have king beds with private ensuite bathrooms
1 bedroom has 2 twin XL beds (which can be moved together upon request), with full bathroom across the hallway
• The Villa has 1 open-concept bedroom area with queen bed and 1 bathroom
• Very close proximity to Pine Ave. offering exquisite dining, shopping, bicycle and golf cart rentals, free island trolley and much more (All of the favorite shops and restaurants have reopened from the storms.)
• The Main house offers new restaurant style, fully equipped kitchen offering stainless steel amenities and brand-new stainless-steel appliances

No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea. Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and can reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*

Our family loved this place, photos online don't do justice of the view on the side surrounded by all the windows. Great location close to everything and a short walk to the beach. We loved the pool and the fact that it wasn't heated during summer time like our last place here, so nice to dip in cool water. The sliding glass door alarms are a bit annoying but we understand safety first. Everything was clean and a lot of utensils and spices provided for cooking. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property in a perfect location. The beach and main street with shops and restaurants were both very walkable. The property was beautiful and worked wonderfully for our family vacation.

The location is great, a peaceful area and yet a short walk to the beach, golf cart rental and retail/restaurants. The home is clean and well equipped. The host is responsive.

Place of perfection - Main house and the villa was spacious, the house had all the necessary amenities. The pool was clean and enclosed. The neighborhood was fairly quiet. The beaches and areas of interest were within walking distance. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful.

We stayed at the the Mia Bella and enjoyed its large spacious pool, very comfy (new) beds, nice furnishings, privacy on the canal and beautiful landscaping. The house and villa provided ample space and parking for two families to comfortably stay. We loved the light and space in the villa and our teenage son has his own little area to himself in upstairs room in the villa. With all that said, we had quite a few issues with the house which were addressed promptly by the staff at Salty Mermaid. The staff also helped us provide feedback to the owners who were very responsive to our concerns. Stellar guest service, we will definitely rent with Salty Mermaid and these owners again!

Excellent spot! Got to check-in early which was nice. House was spotlessly clean. We had no hot water for 24 hours due to the old tankless heater dying. Called Salty Mermaid and they were on it immediately. New heater installed and a follow up phone call to ensure all was good. Beds are very comfortable and pool was nice and warm. Highly recommend this property.

This is an amazing location - secluded neighborhood only a block from Pine Ave and a short walk to the beach. The back deck on the canal, surrounded by mangroves, was amazing. Everything in the house was very neat, clean, and usable. There was more than enough space for our family - including a whole separate living area that we barely touched! Not a lot of mosquitoes during our chilly winter trip, but that pool enclosure -- a rare feature on Anna Maria rentals -- would be awesome during a buggy Florida summer.

Beautiful home to spend a few days with family. The weather didn't cooperate for a lot of beach time (all within walking distance) so we enjoyed what the house had to offer - pool and good living room space for kids to play. The location is great for walking to anything you need and a short drive to the grocery store. The staff at Salty Mermaid were also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Couldn't ask for more.
