Welcome to “Perks of Life”. This Outstanding First level up condo is in the gated community of One Particular Harbor. Enjoy spectacular sunrise and sunset views. This luxurious property is located only minutes from the powdered sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and steps from the community pool, and childrens splash park.  There is also the restaurant Floridays Woodfire Grill and Bar just less than a block away.

Enter this fabulous one-of-a-kind condo impeccably furnished in a captivating coastal style. This Oceana floor plan boasts 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This open floor plan enables lovely views throughout, some of this home’s features include a gourmet kitchen with upgrades galore! The Spacious Lanai offers an inviting space to kick back and enjoy the warm gulf breezes with views of the water in Anna Maria Sound and the Resort pool area. This is a 1st Floor up Condo and is accessible by stairs or elevator.

Right outside your door, you will find plenty of amenities to make sure your vacation to AMI does not skip a beat! There is a large, heated pool right nearby that you and your family will love soaking in after a long day in the Florida sun. This area also includes a bar area for relaxing and a playground/splash zone for the kids! “Perks of Life” is located next to Margaritaville and Floridays Grill & Bar.

The Condo includes 1 covered dedicated parking space, additional parking is located in front of the building. You will also find a storage unit with beach supplies and other goodies for your stay. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet. Kick back, relax, and turn on one of the flat-screen TVs to catch that must see sports game or your favorite movie.

*Dogs 25lbs or Less are welcome, A $250+Tax Pet fee is required per pet, This is a separate fee paid directly to Salty Mermaid Real Estate after booking. Pets that are not disclosed to our office will result in additional cleaning charges to your reservation.*

*Check-in time is 4 pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10 am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and coffee & tea.  Full sized luxury hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*
