This is the place to put down your iPhones, and reset your timetable to observe the awesome tides, the seabirds at work, and manatees making their morning rounds.

Walk the sandy beachfront to discover two pier restaurants. The Rod and Reel and Anna Maria City Pier are only a few flip flop steps away. Bring your tackle box and fish all day or set up a chair on your own beach in front of the house. Listen to the whispering pines. What are they telling you?

There are a few low-tech bikes to peddle around the island and discover the sights of this vanishing Florida.

Unplug, destress, and relax.

Bring along a journal, sketch pad, or watercolors because you will find yourself hopelessly spellbound by the epic view. In the distance, the iconic Skyway Bridge appears and disappears in the changing mists. Or cozy-up inside, with the same view through the many picture-frame windows and read a stack of novels.

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*A Kayak with Lifejacket and paddle is provided. Please remember to store the kayak back where you found it when you are done using it. Life Jackets are required by law, make sure you wear it! Kayak at your own risk.*

*The owner has provided a few low-tech bikes for guest use. We cannot guarantee these are in working order. Ride bikes at your own risk. *

*Parking for 2 Vehicles in shell driveway and 1 additional vehicle on paved driveway. *

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the location. It is on the bay side so the waves were not as big as the other side of the island. Would be an ideal side/place if you have smaller children. One pier restaurant in walking distance. Many others in a very short drive. Beautiful neighborhood and a very uncrowded beach. Home as described, pictures were accurate. Older home but no issues and loved that it was one story. Would recommend and stay again!

Super great and comfortable place! Shade trees on the beach was fantastic. Plenty of kitchenware, beach towels, hammock, organic soaps, and many other thoughtful items. Very nice property and great attention to details with providing  the small things to be comfortable - coffee, water bottles, soaps and detergents, towels, etc.... Thanks! We hope to book again soon.
